Note that all product prices indicated and payments made on this site are in Australian Dollar currency.
All prices include GST, and other taxes and duty where relevant.

Shipping & Delivery

Standard within Australia:
Orders are dispatched Monday through to Friday, before 12pm via Australia Post Express.
Please note that any orders placed after 10am will be dispatched the following business day.
For Metro delivery, please allow
2-3 working days & for Rural delivery, please allow 3-5 working days.
All parcels require a signature on delivery. If you are not there to sign for your parcel, Australia Post will issue a collection slip for you to locate your parcel at the closest Post centre.
Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
A tracking number will be sent to you upon dispatch so that you can track the delivery of your goods.
Please note, orders of multiple items may be shipped in more than one package — In which case two tracking numbers will be advised.

We ship to New Zealand, USA, Canada, Asia Pacific, UK & Selected European Countries using Australia Post Pack & Track International or DHL Express.
Deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday, 9-5pm.
Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Please allow 7-21 days to receive your parcel for standard & 3-7 days for Express.
A tracking number will be sent to you upon payment so that you can track the delivery of your goods. Pack and Track Shipping does not have a Signature on Delivery option, so please ensure all delivery premises are secure.

Item Availability

If a sold-out item is purchased, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement, a credit note or a full refund.

Refund & Returns Policy

Abemama does not offer refunds on goods due to change of mind.
We will only offer a refund if the garment is faulty beyond repair or if an alternate size in the same style is unavailable for exchange.
Please contact with your return query so that our returns team can advise a unique Returns Authorisation Number (RA Number) & arrange for your exchange/ refund to be processed as soon as possible.

For Australian returns, all exchange garments will need to be returned within 7 working days from the date of purchase.
For International returns, all claims must be lodged within 21 days from date of shipping. Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain in place. Allow another 7 days for the exchange to be processed.

For faulty garments please email so that our returns team can arrange for the faulty goods to be repaired or replaced as soon as possible. You will need to return items with all tags in place. We will assess the fault upon return of the garment and reserve the right to repair or replace. If the item is no longer in stock, a full refund will be issued.

For all swimwear, customers must try on items wearing undergarments. If returned, the hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered, or the item otherwise shows signs of wear.

Sale items will not be accepted for return, exchange or credit note.

When returning goods, please enclose:

Return address information pre-filled on a postal bag with contact details.

Please note that only returns who have lodged a return request & have been issued an RA Number will be accepted.

Abemama does not cover the return postage costs — this cost is at your own expense.
We recommend using Registered Australia Post Express or Registered International Post to return garments to us, and we advise you to take note of your tracking number.

Abemama is not responsible or accountable for the loss of garments being returned.
